Q: I installed my counter, where do I view my web site statistics?
A: Go to the Members Area and login. Once logged in click on "Stat".

Q: If I setup an account will I be bombarded with email spam?
A: Absolutely Not! We very seldom email any customer and only do out of necessity if some type of problem arises. We HATE spam worse than you. :-)

Q: How can your hit counters and stats be 100% FREE? What's the catch?
A: Our counters are 100% free because we have family friendly sponsors who sponsor your counter. We get paid by the sponsor to include a small text link about their service which is never seen by your visitor.

Q: Can I remove my sponsor link?
A: No, Please respect your sponsors link because they are the ones who enable us to provide you with a free counter. We have worked an agreement with all sponsors so that their link will be hidden from your visitors.

Q: How accurate are your counters?
A: 100% accurate.

Q: Can I receive stats without using the traditional counter?
A: Sure, See our Hidden type.

Q: Why does my counter now say 'Disabled'.
A: Because our software detected that you altered your sponsors link.

Q: Can I use more than one counter?
A: Absolutely, Once you create your account, login and you will see the option to add more counters.

Q: Can I change my type of counter?
A: Yes, Login to your account click "Edit" then click icon beside your counter image.
